of
the

period for any updates posted after 4:00 p.m.
Blackout
periods may apply. Blackout periods
are posted on the request calendar at least
two weeks in advance. You can schedule
requests prior to or after the date
when blackout periods occur. If you already
have a request scheduled when a blackout is
applied, you may be contacted to re-schedule.
Blackout periods are assigned when Smart Updates
has a planned service or administrative upgrade
or leave time.
